We are pleased to offer a wide variety of Spinning classes. We offer live classes with our fully qualified instructor, Craig Warriner, and also online classes chosen from an extensive back catalogue and shown on our giant screen in the Spin Studio.
Spinning is open to all abilities as you set the resistance yourself. With a huge selection of workouts, durations, activities including off-bike core and toning and music playlists there is something for everyone.
If you are new to spinning, it is recommended to book into one of Craig’s classes where we will show you how to properly fit the bike to you and you’ll be coached through a variety of spinning drills as well as warming up and cooling down properly.
For all classes:
- Please arrive 15 mins before your class is due to start to allow time to set your bike up
- Pedals have trainer straps and will accept spd cleats
- You will need to bring a towel and a water bottle
- Mats can be borrowed for spin core / barre classes
